Tayton's Question of the Day

Tayton just asked:

"Mom can people who have been married for ten years have a fishing pole hung on any wall in their house and not just the bathroom walls?"

I'm not sure what this means. I believe he wants to hang up his first fishing pole in his bedroom. He says Brandy had one hanging in her bathroom two years ago when we met her. We have no fishing poles hung anywhere in our house. Strange.

I'm really disappointed because I thought the ten year anniversary brought more than a fishing pole hung on my walls....

Our 10 year anniversary found us living in a hotel for 5 weeks while we waited for our house to be built...but in the end we did get a brand new house :)

You really should be more careful before blogging about fishing poles. I fully expect to find out you got about 20 of them for your birthday.

Happy New Year!

I think Burgh's right. That could be a bad move. BUT!! As my 10th is fast approaching, I'll let you know hubby will be thrown out like rotting plankton if he doesn't give me something better than that! Happy New Year.

According to About.com ( http://jewelry.about.com/cs/anniversaryadvice/a/weddings.htm ) #10 is tin. I can't really think of anything tin that would be good, so maybe a fishing pole wouldn't be such a bad thing after all? LOL!

I still love your kid's minds! xoxo

Good luck on his finding a wife who wants to use fishing poles as decor ...
